Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, Runway, DALL·E)
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop and/or Figma for advanced post-processing and polishing visuals to final quality
  • Experience in the Gambling / iGaming niche
  • Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual triggers that drive user attention

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate performance visuals with AI for ad campaigns (Meta, Google UAC, In-App)
  • Refine AI images: retouching, artifact cleanup, element replacement, and format adaptation
  • Develop and scale creative hypotheses together with media buying teams
  • Create creative variations for testing (different styles, angles, visual approaches)
  • Adapt and localize visuals for different GEOs and placements
  • Maintain a structured library of prompts, winning patterns, and visual solutions to speed up production
  • Analyze buyer feedback on CTR/CR and participate in performance reviews of creative approaches
  • Work on hooks (the first seconds of attention) and integrate AI solutions into video production (motion)

Hard skills:

  • Ability to write complex prompts and work with generation parameters (negative prompts, seed, weights)

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in iGaming and In-App traffic, with a full understanding of the market, competitors, and trends
